How to install your IPTV subscription
Installing IPTV is simple and takes between 1 and 10 minutes. On every device, the process follows the same three steps:
- Install an IPTV player app on your device (Vu Player Pro, IPTV Smarters Pro, HOT IPTV, TiviMate…).
- Send us the information shown in the app (MAC address and device key) via WhatsApp or email, or enter the login details we sent you.
- Restart the app: your channels, movies and series load automatically.
Good to know: IPTV Smarters Pro is free. Most other IPTV players (HOT IPTV, Set IPTV, Ibo Player, TiviMate…) charge a small activation fee after the trial period. Streamox customers can activate one of these apps for only €5. Just ask our support team.
How to install IPTV on a Samsung, LG or Android TV
Step 1: Open the app store of your TV and download one of these apps: Vu Player Pro, HOT IPTV, Set IPTV, Net IPTV, Smart IPTV or Ibo Player.
Step 2: Open the app. Its MAC address (and sometimes a device key) is displayed on the home screen.
Step 3: Send us the MAC address and device key via WhatsApp, email or live chat.
Step 4: After a few minutes, restart your TV and open the app again. Your channel list is ready.
Tip: connect your TV with an Ethernet cable or a strong 5 GHz Wi-Fi network for smooth HD and 4K streaming.
How to install IPTV on an Amazon Fire TV Stick
The Fire TV Stick does not offer every IPTV app in its store, so you first need the free Downloader app.
Part 1: install Downloader and allow apps from unknown sources
1. On the home screen, go to Find > Search, type Downloader and install the app.
2. Go back to the home screen and open Settings > My Fire TV > Developer options.
If you don’t see Developer options: go to Settings > My Fire TV > About, then click 7 times on your device name. Developer options will appear.
3. Click Install unknown apps, select Downloader and turn it On.
Part 2: install your IPTV app
4. Open Downloader, click Allow, then OK.
5. In the URL field, type the address of the app you want, exactly as shown, then click Go:
- HOT IPTV: https://apk.hotiptv.app
- Vu Player Pro: https://vuplayer.pro/vupro.apk
- TiviMate: https://tivimates.com/tiviapk
6. Wait for the download to finish, then click Install and Done.
7. Open the app and send us your MAC address via WhatsApp or email. For TiviMate, follow the steps in the TiviMate tab.
How to install IPTV on an Android phone, tablet or TV box
Step 1: Download Vu Player Pro from this link: vuplayer.pro/vupro.apk. If your device blocks the installation, allow apps from unknown sources in your settings.
Step 2: Open the app. Note the MAC address and device key shown on the screen.
Step 3: Send us these two codes via WhatsApp or email. Your account is activated within minutes.
You can also use IPTV Smarters Pro: choose Login with Xtream Codes API and enter the login details we sent you.
How to install IPTV on an iPhone, iPad or Apple TV
Step 1: Download Vu Player Pro from the App Store: Vu Player Pro on the App Store, or search for it directly in the App Store.
Step 2: Open the app and note the MAC address and device key.
Step 3: Send us these codes via WhatsApp or email, then restart the app. Done!
How to watch IPTV on a Windows PC
1. Download Vu Player Pro for Windows: vuplayer.pro/vuplayerpro.exe.
2. Install the application on your PC and open it.
3. Send us the MAC address and device key shown on the screen via WhatsApp or email.
Alternative: install IPTV Smarters Pro from the official website iptvsmarters.com or from the Microsoft Store, then log in with the details we sent you.
How to watch IPTV on a Mac
1. Download Vu Player Pro from the App Store and send us the MAC address and device key.
2. Or download IPTV Smarters Pro for Mac from iptvsmarters.com, then contact us so we can send you your login details.
How to set up IPTV on a MAG box
Step 1: Find the MAC address on the sticker under your MAG box (it starts with 00:1A:79).
Step 2: Send it to us via WhatsApp, email or live chat.
Step 3: After payment, we send you your portal URL. On your MAG, go to Settings > System settings > Servers > Portals, paste the URL in Portal 1, save and restart.
How to set up TiviMate
TiviMate is one of the best IPTV players for Android TV and Fire TV Stick, with a clear TV guide (EPG) and favourites.
1. Install TiviMate from the Google Play Store (Android TV) or with Downloader using https://tivimates.com/tiviapk (Fire TV Stick, see the Fire TV Stick tab).
2. Open the app and click Add playlist.
3. Choose Xtream Codes.
4. Enter the server URL, username and password we sent you via WhatsApp, email or chat.
5. Click Next, then Done. Your channels and TV guide load in a few seconds.
